enjoy life

i went snowboarding last Sunday at Valberg, about 50km to the north of Nice.

i had a great time, first time built a snow man and my snowboarding skill has improved,
can’t wait for the 3rd time. ^_^

there were 9 of us in total; 4 from Aix, the other 5 Nice,
but there were only 4 to build the snow man because we took different root in smaller groups and the idea of the snowman came when we wanted to take a rest while surfing down.

Oh yea, i forgot to mention that i went to Festival de Nice which was also a great moment.
Met again people wearing ‘angel-like’ costumes (my fav), got the chance to witness a lot of creativity works, having so much fun and also first time enjoy spraying people’s face with silly string. -hey, everybody’s doing it.

this trip to Nice, is a load of fun,
and has also opened my eyes to a few things (other than snowboarding tips...)

when i went up on one of the mountains,
the view,
it was so magnificent.
i took a video of it because a photo can’t take the whole view,
And I want to catch that moment.

God has created this planet beautifully,
always I forgot that once I stucked too long in front of my pc reading about the world we’re living in.

I should remember those things, those moments that I have witnessed myself thanks to the privilege of living in a European country, especially France which permits me to travel and experience different places in other countries easier.

I made out my mind that,

These are the things worth living for.

Seeing beauty, makes one forget of how many holes created by the mice in the wall,
and give one hope,
that life is something which is wonderful,
as God has created those snowy mountains, given it beautiful scenery and fresh air, the greatness of God’s creations were unfolded in front of u,
telling u how much beauty he has blessed this Earth with!

So be happy,

And just enjoy life,

No matter how many holes there is because of those condemn mice,

Life is to be seen beautifully.

the World a better place

can we make the world a better place?

i want to start with something smaller and closer to me.

can we make Malaysia a better place?

because if we cant make a start by changing something smaller, how can we even imagine of changing the World?

most people in Msia would probably ask, whats wrong with Malaysia? why we need to change it?

well, as lamented in my previous post, if i cant show u what i've known, then i can't force you to see things the way i do.

but, the least is u can read my latest discovery here : Here in Body Gone in Mind

im not discussing about his idea or perception on religion,
my highlight
here is that our imam of the National Mosque (Masjid Negara) demanded a bribe of RM30,000 for a maintenance contract.

i've heard a lot of shit, but this one has eventually made me to stay put and be whelmed with hopelessness.

you would say, dont believe anything you hear, but what if it is true? from my experience as one of his faithful reader for a long time now and also for my own personal reason, i believe the writer, no matter what people may judge.
even if its false,
lets just say this acquisition is valid.

For the love of God, he's an Imam. Imam of the National Mosque!
he's too been taking bribe?!!!

what hope can we gain?
what light is at the end of the tunnel?

i dont want to talk politics here, thats my personal rule,
but this is not about politics anymore.
this is about,
the possibility for our nation to change for good.

to see Malaysia governed by those who put responsibility ahead of money.
we cant change everybody,
but we can change those on top.
but at this rate,
how is this possible???

how can we see Malaysia,
changing for a better country?

if these acquisitions are true.
then,
what hope do we have for those wearing white cloth, with a bit beard, or maybe long, names with hajis.

if these people,
the people of the book,
corrupted,
then, who else can we put trust ,
to lead people on the correct path?

all the things i've read and seen,
i'ld say to myself, dont worry, there's still hope for changes,
but this latest news has really sadden me.

i see no hope for Malaysia.

and if Malaysia cant change,
can we talk about changing the World as it was predicted about the come-back of Islam before the inevitable apocalypse?

To understand

i see that everything teaches us on how life works.

i see that we can change our perception just like
changing the lens of a camera.

i see how we can build an organization base on how
human body works.

i see that critical mind is the mother of many
evolutions base on growing trees.

i see the hierarchy of human society base on the
shape of mountains.

i see the difference of people in different ranks
by the exact feeling we have on different altitude.

i see how everything tends to be equivalent, natural,
such as the electrons which is negative, move to a
place with less negative, higher intensity will flow to
the lower. Nature tends to make things equivalent,
with this, nothing is truly lost nor newly created, it is
true in every situation.(except for quantum mechanics)
human, who has understand this Nature's attitude,
use it and make great inventions.
Infact, i see that only human works against this
nature's flow.

i see that if one understands nature and apply it in
life, than one can perfect.

his name is Gaudi

Meet Gaudi, i bought him today at an animal shop in centre ville. I've wrote in my previous post how another soul would add life to our surrounding, so here it is, a pet of my own. The first since i arrived here in France.
Why i bought a hamster? well, i've experienced with cats, turtles, fishes even birds(a family of pigeon who made their nest on my window) and a cactus(who've died eventually, its amazing how they manage to survive in the hardest part of the world like Sahara but died in my old room, please don't judge me base on that because it was a long time ago...), so now i want to get my hands on something new.
Gaudi is a 'Roboroski Hamster' or its scientific name is Phodopus Roborovski.
i found the name roboroski doesnt fit with such cute creature, it fits more to a robot who can ski.
The owner and the net says it's very active and im now agreeing with them.
Why i choose him? first, i thought of buying another type, but on my 2nd trip to the shop (the same day) i found this little guy(i think its a male, never did ask and i havnt investigate yet) in a big glass cage with no other hamster. Sitting there, all by himself.
Long story short, he's unique and he wont be missing his friends if i took him.
you can see the photo of his old cage, there's no more hamster since the only occupant has been taken.
Below is his new house and some photoshot of him.
i've read in the net that i should use a bigger cage and the one without bars. but i've already bought this one and after a few observation, i dont think Gaudi would get himself out through the bars or even get stuck in between.

enlighten words

"To say that any people are not fit for freedom, is to make poverty their choice and to say they had rather be loaded with taxes than not."

"When men yield up the privilege of thinking, the last shadow of liberty quits the horizon."

"The power and strength of despotism consists wholly in the fear of resistance."

Why?

Because i choose to.

Sometimes, we tried so hard to find a reason.

A reason good enough for
why we need to change
why we need to go to that class even though the lecturer won’t take the attendance,
why we need to clean our room coz it feels too tired to do so,
why we have to deny our desire to go astray,
why we go right when everybody's taking the left.

We tried so hard,
that right and wrong vaporized and replaced by seduction,
and we became lost in our search for reasoning,
and became weak

We then surrender to the negative influence.

don't go searching too far for the reason to do the right thing.

its enough to simply say,

because i choose to.

mind

you choose what goes into your mind.

i remember reading Sherlock Holmes and he said that,

"Your brain is like a room. You choose the furniture (things) to put in."

i also remember a phrase that says u have to leave room for new stuff in your mind.

i take these words as we have to master our mind.
And one of the keys is to be happy with yourself.

In the pursuit of getting my head back straight,
i'm going to get myself something that has a soul in this room.
living too long in a material-surrounding doesn't help much.

living thing needs to be connected with other living things.

  • Tomb Raider has to remain in its cover.

reasons:
  • Have an addictive personality.
  • Easily indulge seriously in an activity started. this activity is considered as not worthy for the time, thinking, research and energy spent.
  • The condition now, cant tolerate with such act.
